Ixworth High School is a small, friendly secondary school located in the Suffolk village of Ixworth, it is around 10 minutes from the A14, 15 minutes from Bury St Edmunds, and 30 minutes from Ipswich. We have been oversubscribed in recent years and are a popular school.

THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint a Science teacher at Ixworth High School. The successful candidate should have a personal track record of success teaching GCSE Science to pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEN. The post is suitable for an ECT either in Year 1 or Year 2 of the framework or an experienced teacher.
Candidates may be early in their careers and the post is suitable for ECTs or experienced candidates.
