We're Hiring: HR Officer (Maternity cover)

Full Time (37 hours) – 1 year fixed term contract | Salary: £27,711 – £30,060 DOE
Start Date: 1^st September 2025

Based: Sapientia Education Trust HQ (Wymondham College site)

About the Role

• Coordinating the whole recruitment process and sometimes joining interview panels
• Leading on pre employment and safeguarding checks
• Overseeing and supporting smooth and efficient onboarding and induction of new staff
• Managing HR processes, contracts and contractual changes
• Handling HR queries across approximately 500 staff members
