A vacancy exists for a Commis Chef who will assist and support the work of the College&©s Catering Department. The post-holder will work as part of an enthusiastic and Committed team assisting the Sous Chef in the production of main meals for the campus. The post-holder will be expected to cover for the Sous Chef when necessary.
